"There is no evil greater than anger, and no virtue greater than patience.
Therefore, I should strive in various ways to become familiar with the
practice of patience." -Shantideva
Anger is one of our most destructive and harmful emotions. One moment of
anger can destroy a relationship or lay waste years of work. It destroys
our peace and happiness in this life and impels us to engage in negative
actions that lead to untold future sufferings. it blocks our spiritual
progress and prevents us from accomplishing our spiritual goals.
In this class we will examine the nature of anger, why it arises, learn
what we can do to reduce and finally eliminate this great enemy from our
life.
