Introduction to Buddhist Thought and Meditation

An explanation of basic Buddhist teachings and practice, with ample time allotted for meditation. Classes include helpful suggestions on how to build Buddha’s advice into our everyday lives and activities. Questions and discussion are encouraged. No previous experience is needed.
