‘Dharma for Kids’ introduces children to simple Buddhist teachings and meditations. Every class will emphasize loving-kindness and the cultivation of a positive attitude. Classes also include simple prayers, fun activities, and discussions relevant to children’s everyday experiences. Each class is self-contained, so bring your kids to any session that suits your family. All are welcome. Suggested donation $5.
