Weekend and evening classes are open to everyone. Although presented as a series the evening classes also stand alone. Come to as many classes as you wish. Each class includes guided meditation a talk, and questions and answers. Tea, cookies and relaxed conversation follow. No pre-registration is required unless otherwise stated.
The Joyful Land Buddhist Centre is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving others. The cost for each class is $10.
Stages of the Path (Lamrim)

Lamrim is a Tibetan term meaning "stages of the path to enlightenment". It refers to a special arrangement of all Buddha’s teachings that is easy to understand and put into practice. By meditating sincerely on the 21 stages of Lamrim we can solve daily problems and develop a pure and peaceful mind that paves the way to lasting happiness.
